We reserve the right to update product information, pricing, availability, and specifications at any time.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or other error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and provide a full refund of any payment received.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products at the price shown at checkout.

An order is considered confirmed once we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reason. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers and may be subject to their own terms and conditions.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment and billing information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

If you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at hello@fablehouse.com, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed if your order has already been processed for dispatch.
