Shipping policy
At Fable House, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. We currently offer shipping within Australia.
Shipping Rates
Our current shipping options are:
- Express Shipping: $15.00 — estimated delivery within 1–2 business days
- Standard Shipping: $11.00 — estimated delivery within 3–5 business days
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders of $100 or more
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier network, public holidays, peak periods, and circumstances outside our control.
Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–4 business days of being placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed from the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order ships.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at hello@fablehouse.com.
Delivery Address
Please carefully check your shipping address before completing checkout.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to guarantee that the parcel can be redirected to another address.
If a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the item and contact us at hello@fablehouse.com within 14 days of delivery.
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit or tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment with the courier.

While we work with our delivery providers to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to courier networks, weather, public holidays, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
